Blocked ears

due to constant blowing of nose to prevent it from making me have breathing difficulties, my ears get blocked most of the time. i have no idea how to unblock it. ideas anyone? i've tried

1. swallowing many times
2.closing my nose and mouth and blowing inside
3. yawning.

help?
