Casa del Mar, Langkawi

I meant to post this a couple of weeks ago but work got in the way and frankly speaking, after spending more than 12 hours at the computer a day, the last thing I want to do when I get home is get on the computer again. My apologies.
Anyway, we (my colleague and I) stayed at Casa del Mar, Langkawi which is at er, I can't remember where but it's near Pelangi. It is really a home by the sea, which is really what the name is, so I can understand why a lot of people would stay there. They really do get the whole beach to themselves.

We were put up in the room on the ground floor

209 is actually a handicapped room. The bathroom was huge (no tub though) and the light switches were placed lower than usual.

They have their own range of soap, shampoo and moisturizer. That bar is actually cinnammon soap and I brought it back muct to the disgust of my mother who scrunched up her nose when she took a sniff. Too strong perhaps?

The poolside where we did not spend any time there at all.

We actually stole this off their computer cos it was just too nice.

Obviously, compared to Kuala Selangor, this place is heaven and Kuala Selangor is just a... fishing town. Being in Kuala Selangor was hard cos the client didn't speak english. Only malay and mandarin. *smacks forehead* Can you imagine 2 chinese, conversing in malay?! That happened! I've never spoken so much malay before at one time and it was really hard because I haven't been speaking malay since leaving school.
Oh, did I mention that we didn't have to spend a single cent on food while we were in Langkawi?
Lately, I've been dropping my phone a lot. Not on purpose of course. I love my phone ok. Everytime I drop my phone, it will say "Insert Sim" and only after a few times of turning it off and on will it function properly. Ugh. So angry at myself.
Chinese New Year is coming and I haven't bought any new year clothes because one, I haven't had the time to really shop and two, I'm too tired.
Is it just me or has it been really hot past week?
