Teluk Intan

Leaning Pagoda

Hey folks, I'm back! It was quite a relaxing week working in Teluk Intan actually, since the client closes at 5pm. Not much to do there so we spent most of our free time watching tv.

The trip there was interesting to say the least. I overshot the turning into the client's place and went 20 km before realising that something was wrong. We landed in the next town, and probably scared the daylights out of the woman we asked for directions. "This is not Teluk Intan anymore! It's Hutan Melintang!" Oops. Turned back and managed to find the place in the end. It wasn't my fault, we were following the map that was given to us, how were we suppose to know that the "Teluk Anson Food Court" was really the "Teluk Anson View Restauran". Bleh... didn't lose my way back though!

This, is the famous leaning pagoda in the town center. It's leaning because er something about how the land is sinking every year and er that's why it's tilting or something like that. Wasn't really paying attention to what the client was saying as I was too busy trying to snap some pictures.
